New York, N.Y., U.S. City Despatch Post, 1842-45, 3¢ black on blue green, enormous margins all around, showing dividing lines on three and a half sides, creases, still very fine, cancelled by red U.S. in box and tied by matching CITY DESPATCH POST APR 24 1 O'CLOCK c.d.s. on petite folded letter. Very pretty (Scott 6LB5).
